Online dating sites have been very popular over the past ten years or so, and almost everyone has tried at least one of the many free online dating sites on the interet. There are now many small targeted free online dating sites on the internet now though and they are great for talking with women that you have interests with. You need to practice somewhere and often for many shy guys talking online with women before trying too approach them in real life will help them build confidence. I know that using online dating sites helped me too gain confidence when talking with women, and it also opened up my mind to what women enjoy talking about which I believe gave me an advanatage over the rest of the guys.

I have reviewed some of  the online dating sites I’ve used and I will be adding more over time to this section. When you need to build your confidence then this area will help you do just that. Find one of the dating sites that sounds interesting to you and then join them. I will only list free sites as I don’t think there is any need to pay for an online dating site because there is so many more people using the free services anyways.
